If an order is canceled after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We do not store or have direct access to your full payment card details.

Shipping is available exclusively within Canada and the United States.

Delivery times, order processing times and shipping conditions are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays or customs procedures.

True North Mode remains responsible for the order until it has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, in accordance with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
