Shipping Locations
True North Mode currently ships exclusively to addresses within Canada and the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Canada and the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement.
Order Processing
Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM ET
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders are prepared and dispatched within this timeframe. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely dispatch. For this reason, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed.
If you wish to request a cancellation or change, please contact us immediately at support@truenorthmode.us. We will review your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Address Changes After Order Placement
For security and processing reasons, we are unable to modify the shipping address once an order has been placed.
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. We therefore strongly recommend reviewing your shipping details carefully before confirming your purchase.
True North Mode is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Delivery Time
Transit Time: 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6 to 10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via Canada Post for deliveries within Canada.
Orders are shipped via USPS for deliveries within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
You can track your shipment through the link provided in the email or via our Track Order page on the website.
Tracking Updates & Missing Items
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch. If tracking has not updated after 3 business days, please contact us at support@truenorthmode.us with your order number.
If an item is missing from your delivery, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve it.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, we recommend checking your tracking information first for the latest carrier updates. If there is no update after 3 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery window of 6 to 10 business days, please contact us at support@truenorthmode.us so we can investigate with the carrier.
A package may be considered lost if it has not been delivered within 8 business days after the estimated delivery window and after this has been confirmed with the carrier. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, in accordance with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
True North Mode remains responsible for the order until it has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may result in delays or non-delivery. In such cases, True North Mode cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect operational changes or legal requirements. The most current version will always be available on this page.
