Refund policy

30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition. All original packaging, labels and accessories must be included.

Items that show signs of use or damage not caused during delivery may not qualify for a refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (including the wrong size or product), please contact us within 14 days after delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item received.

If the issue is confirmed, customers may choose between a replacement or a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Return shipping costs for confirmed errors will be covered by True North Mode.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item due to personal preference, incorrect size selection or any other non-defective reason, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Authorization

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including the warehouse address.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. 

Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If approved, the replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@truenorthmode.us. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect operational changes or legal requirements. The most current version will always be available on this page.
